Returns & Exchanges

 

Watch World is committed to making your shopping experience enjoyable and trusts that you will be happy with your purchase. If you have changed your mind, we will happily offer store credit for the item/s so that you can choose a more suitable product. Please note that we do not offer refunds for change of mind. If however, the product is faulty or significantly different to that described, we will gladly provide you with a refund or exchange. Please follow the steps outlined below.

 

FAULTY PRODUCTS OR PRODUCTS THAT ARE SIGNIFICANTLY DIFFERENT TO THAT DESCRIBED

If the product is faulty or significantly different to that described, we are happy to exchange the product or provide you with a refund, within 14 days of receipt of the product, as detailed below.

 

To return your faulty or significantly different product for an exchange or refund, please follow these steps:

Package the product to be returned in a well-sealed box (the one it was delivered in) together with proof of purchase of the product from the Watch World Online Store.

Upon receipt of the returned product, we will assess whether the product is faulty or significantly different to that shown or described to you.

  • If the product is faulty, we will send you a replacement if available, or refund the original purchase price of the returned item within 5 to 10 business days. Refunds will be credited only to the card used to make the original payment. 

  • If the product is significantly different to that shown or described to you, we will refund the original purchase price of the returned item within 5 to 10 business days. Refunds will be credited only to the card used to make the original payment.

 

GENERAL RETURNS

We recommend that all returns be sent via registered post and be insured for loss and damage. Products should also be returned to us by a method that requires a signature from us to acknowledge our receipt of the returned Products. Alternatively, you can drop off the product at our store in Sydney. Watch World does not accept any responsibility for packages lost in transit.

 

Please note that you must pay for the cost of postage of returned products unless the product is faulty or significantly different from that described; in these cases Watch World will refund any reasonable charges of postage to your credit card upon receipt and assessment of the faulty or significantly different product.

Lay-Bys

Lay-Bys are available for a period of 3 months, where a minimum of 10% deposit is required. Terms are strictly 3 months, unless prior agreed to. Please note that after this period, the Lay-By deposit will be immediately forfeited and stock returned to Watch World.
