Our trained technicians can perform a battery change on watches, remotes, car keys, and just about anything in between. Watches are backed by our 1 year battery replacement guarantee.
We recommend pressure testing your water resistant watches when changing the batteries. This is to minimise any chance of water damage after the service.

Can't make it in? A complimentary return postage service is available for repairs over $99*. For repairs under $99, postage will be charged at cost.
To obtain an estimate, email, call or SMS us with an image of the watch, model number, and a description of the service required. The model number is usually found on the back of the watch case.

*Watch World Australia will cover the costs of return postage only. This includes insurance up to the value of $1000.
