D1 Milano uses a high-quality plastic called Polycarbonate, which is very light but has a great deal of strength and durability. This material is used on the bracelet and the case. We applied a Soft Touch coating to give the material an unexpectedly soft feeling and incredible matte finishing. Other components of the watch - crown, case back, buckle are made of 316l Low Carbon Grade stainless steel with a brushed or sandblasted finishing. Hands and indexes are made of brass, with brushed or sandblasted finishing. The Polycarbon Collection uses a Japanese Quartz Movement with a two year battery life: Citizen Miyota 2036 or Seiko VJ21.
