Returns and Exchanges


Watch World Australia is committed to making your shopping experience enjoyable and trusts that you will be happy with your purchase, which is why we offer a store credit only if the item/s are returned to us within 30 days of dispatch. This resolution applies if-


  • The item does not fit you, or;

  • You have simply changed your mind.


To begin this process, contact our friendly customer care team here.


The item must be returned to us in new and unused condition, including the watch, original tags and full packaging undamaged. Return costs are covered under the expense of the customer (we recommend registered post, as we do not accept responsibility for lost parcels during transit). You can also return your online purchase to our physical store to avoid return shipping costs.

Items that have been engraved on cannot be returned.

Warranty claims can be returned to us or directly to the brand distributor.


Lay-Bys are available for a period of 3 months, where a minimum of 10% deposit is required. Terms are strictly 3 months, unless prior agreed to. Please note that after this period, the Lay-By deposit will be immediately forfeited and stock returned to Watch World.
